Whale of a Bottle Auction #2! - BreweRelief 2020
Get ready for the second HUGE Whale Auction! We've doubled our goal, and we know you can help us achieve it.
Auction Begins 4/18 at 1:00PM
Auction Ends 4/19 at 9:00PM
LIVE STREAM @ 7:00PM 4/19/20 (Facebook and Youtube LIve)
Knox Warm-Up Beer Fest is postponed, but instead of twiddling our thumbs and crying in our beers, we've decided to take action to support the local craft beer community. We're teaming up with 501c3 Knoxville Area Brewers Association (KABA), Grayson Subaru, and Zack Roskop of Knox Brew Tours to raise funds to support our local breweries during these extraordinary times.
What better way than auctioning off some extraordinary beers or "whales" as we call 'em in the biz.
Take a peek at what was bid on in the first auction here:
We're giving you (21+) a chance to catch a whale or two right here in Knoxville, from the comfort of your couch. Tune in for the auction on Youtube live and Facebook Live (Links will be announced on Event Page Info Section), make your bids via the linked auction platform and add one (or 5!) of these whales to your collection.
All proceeds will go to benefit KABA which will direct those funds to where the need is greatest in the local craft beer community.
This fundraiser is part of a broader campaign called "BreweRelief 2020 Fund". BreweRelief's mission is to provide monetary support to the local craft beer community during the COVID-19 crisis. Additional fundraising efforts are in the works and will be announced in the coming days.
Thank you for your continued support for the local craft beer community and we'll see you (in virtual reality) at the auction!
About BreweRelief by Knox Warm-Up
Usually festival producers, the Knox Warm-Up team has re-asserted it's self with some help from 501c3 KABA, Knox Brew Tours, and Grayson Subaru to foster BreweRelief.
The BreweRelief 2020 Fund is a relief initiative started by the Knoxville Warm-Up Beer Festival team in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The initiative will include multiple unique fundraising events in an effort to raise awareness, support, and funds that, through KABA (Knoxville Area Brewer’s Association), will build out custom-tailored assistance packages for Knoxville’s local breweries and beer-driven businesses.
