Wake Forest Public Interest Law Auction

Welcome to the third annual PILO online auction, held in addition to the live auction on Thursday, February 9th! The auction is the largest fundraising event for PILO. All of the money raised by the auction is used to provide grants to law students working in unpaid public interest positions during the summer.

We encourage alumni and others outside the Wake Forest Law community to donate and participate in this exciting event. There are many great items up for bid in this year's online auction, such as paintings by Professor George Walker and much more!

Auction Instructions:
(1) To participate in the online auction you must create a bidder account with 32auctions.com. This process is fast and easy. Once you create your bidder ID you can bid on any item you like!
(2) Please note that if you place a bid and win you are obligated to purchase the item at the price designated by your winning bid.
(3) If you have any questions or concerns, please email pilo.auction@gmail.com.

About Wake Forest Public Interest Law Organization

The Wake Forest Annual Public Interest Law Organization (“PILO”) Auction raises money to fund stipends for JD students working in unpaid public interest positions during the summer. PILO promotes Wake Forest Law's tradition of training lawyers who serve not only their clients, but also their communities. These grants give students the freedom to accept positions with organizations where they fulfill their passions while assisting the public and underserved communities. Since its inception, the auction has raised thousands of dollars and given hundreds of grants to students working on issues including immigration, environment, domestic violence, and child advocacy. Students have worked with legal aid, public defenders, district attorneys and NGOs, among others.

Special thanks to the companies that provided major donations for the live auction!
