VANC 2nd Annual Golf Tournament Silent Auction

VANC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created and operated by Veterans as a one-stop resource center for all active-duty military, Veterans, and their families. We centralize services from diverse agencies to assist with jobs, education, finances, health, and wellness. As an example of that support, we started a Veterans Emergency Financial Aid (VEFA) fund- a one-time "hand up". During the COVID pandemic, we awarded tens of thousands dollars in $200- $300 increments to hep defray costs of cell phone bills, utilities, car repairs, etc. With over 90% of active duty spouses being furloughed, a single income on a junior ranking member's salary in San Diego does not work! Another initiative we undertook was starting a monthly food and diaper distribution. From April 2020 to June 2021, we served 28,824 military personnel- of that approximately 90 percent are on active duty.
