Martial Art Auction

George Mattson and other donors, have valuable martial art memorabilia and other collectibles they have donated for a series of on-line auctions to be conducted on the Eastern Art's website. These auctions will help fund present and future projects involving ongoing activiies such as the uechi-ryu websites, forums and events such as Summer and Winter Fest and building of the FireDragon Challenge fitness program in school systems.

Martial Art program created in 1958 by George E. Mattson. Mattson taught in the New England area until 2004 when he retired to Mount Dora, Florida. He created a 501-c3 educational organization in 1967 that focuses on work with handicapped children and has been extremely successful in this regard. Now that he is retired from active teaching, he continues to teach part-time for the Mount Dora Recreation Department, as part of the martial art program he created for the City.
