2026 TWE PTA Silent Auction

The TWE PTA silent auction is BACK!  We are auctioning all things school related. Funds from the auction help support the many programs sponsored by the PTA.

PLEASE NOTE: When bidding for Teacher of the Day prizes, your child MUST be in that teacher's class.

PLEASE NOTE: If you bid on multiple spots for the same item, you are responsible for paying for each spot you win.

For example, if you bid on Spot A and Spot C for the same item and win both, you must pay for both Spot A and Spot C. 

Extended Bidding is enabled in our auction.

If an item receives a bid during the final 3 minutes of the auction, the item end time will be extended to allow for 3 additional minutes of bidding. This process repeats until no new bids are received during the final 3 minutes of the item bidding window or the auction has been extended for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the original end time.
When an auction is extended, you'll see Extended Bidding messages displayed throughout the auction with a link for easily viewing all of the extended items.

Here's an example of how the end time of an item may be extended in an auction which is set up to end at 8:00 PM:

In this example, Mary was selected as the winning bidder at 9:08 PM because no more bids were entered after her bid at 9:05 PM.
If additional bids had been entered, the item end time would've continued being extended for up to a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the original end time of 9:00 PM. This means this item could've been extended to as late as 9:30 PM.

¡La subasta silenciosa TWE PTA está DE VUELTA! Estamos subastando todo lo relacionado con la escuela. Los artículos en oferta incluyen: oportunidades para ser parte del personal de TWE, asientos reservados en eventos escolares selectos, los tres primeros lugares en la línea de pasajeros en automóvil, lugar de estacionamiento reservado frente a la escuela, participación en los anuncios de la mañana, nombre del TWE drive y muchos eventos de diversión con el maestro. Los fondos de la subasta ayudan a apoyar los muchos programas patrocinados por la PTA.

Si un artículo recibe una oferta durante los últimos 3 minutos de la subasta, el tiempo de finalización del artículo se extenderá para permitir 3 minutos adicionales de oferta. Cuando se extiende una subasta, verá mensajes de Ofertas extendidas durante toda la subasta con un enlace para ver fácilmente todos los artículos extendidos.

Este es un ejemplo de cómo se puede extender la hora de finalización de un artículo en una subasta que está configurada para finalizar a las 8:00 p. m.:

En este ejemplo, Mary fue seleccionada como la ofertante ganadora a las 9:08 p. m. porque no se ingresaron más ofertas después de su oferta a las 9:05 p. m.
Si se hubieran ingresado ofertas adicionales, la hora de finalización del elemento habría continuado extendiéndose hasta un máximo de 30 minutos más allá de la hora de finalización original de las 9:00 p. m. Esto significa que este elemento podría haberse extendido hasta las 9:30 p. m.
