The Frozen Chosen is a Montana-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans and their families through community, purpose, and action. 

Our mission is centered on helping veterans who carry the unseen wounds of service, including PTSD and traumatic brain injuries. We believe no veteran should have to fight those battles alone. Through fundraising events, community partnerships, and hands-on service projects, we work to create meaningful support while bringing people together around those who have sacrificed for our country. 

The name The Frozen Chosen represents our willingness to embrace discomfort for a greater purpose. Our cold-plunge events symbolize stepping willingly into something difficult—because many veterans live with challenges they never chose and cannot simply step away from. 

We are also committed to putting our mission into action. With the support of local contractors, businesses, volunteers, and donors, The Frozen Chosen helps complete construction and improvement projects that directly benefit veterans and their families. Our community has donated an incredible amount of labor, materials, time, and resources to make these projects possible. 

Our Fall Kickoff Plunge Party brings that mission to life. It is an opportunity to gather as a community, take the plunge, raise awareness, support our veterans, and kick off another season of making a tangible difference.
