About Middle School 74 P.T.A and Best Buddies
The Parent Teacher Association of Nathaniel Hawthorne Middle School 74 is an active group of parents and teachers of the school community.
The PTA's mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
Best Buddies International supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The MS74 Chapter of Best Buddies is comprised of general education students and students with IDD who form meaningful friendships, with our gen ed students helping students with IDD improve their public speaking, self-advocacy, and communication skills.
