2017 Online Auction for Titi Conservation Alliance

This year the goal of our Annual Online Auction is to raise funds to promote Environmental Education! The 2017 Online Auction will allow the organization to continue to develop and support our environmental education program for the school children located in the Naranjo River Biological Corridor.

We believe that reaching out to children and raising their environmental awareness is essential to promote the long-term conservation of our area’s flagship species, the grey-crowned squirrel monkey (mono tití). The education program started in 2003 and now reaches 16 public and private schools, but with your generous support, we will continue to strengthen and widen our outreach in 2018.

Since 2001, Titi Conservation Alliance has been working to preserve the biodiversity of Costa Rica's Central Pacific region through habitat reforestation, environmental education and sustainable development. TCA's efforts have been essential for the survival of the endangered grey-crowned squirrel monkey (titi monkey), whose only habitat worldwide is found in this region.

In 2012, TCA was awarded with a "Making a Difference Award" by the county's Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Our main strength lies in truly working as an alliance with the public and private sectors, as well as our local communities.
