About Our Auction
Bid for a cure. Every dollar goes to breast cancer research and support.
Welcome to the online silent auction for the Canadian Cancer Society & CIBC Run for the Cure, taking place Sunday, October 4, 2026 at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Surrey.
Every item you see here was generously donated by local businesses and community members who wanted to be part of something bigger. When you place a bid, 100% of the proceeds go directly to the Canadian Cancer Society — funding breast cancer research, life-changing support services, and information for people facing a diagnosis right now.
How it works
- Bidding opens Monday, August 10 at 9:00 AM PDT and closes Friday, August 21 at 10:00 PM PDT.
- Create a free account, then bid on as many items as you like. You'll get an email any time you're outbid, so you can jump back in.
- Winners will be contacted by email after the auction closes with payment and pickup details. All items are available for pickup in the Surrey area, or by arrangement.
The minimum bid is the lowest price we'll accept.

About Canadian Cancer Society - CIBC Run for the Cure
The CIBC Run for the Cure is Canada's largest single-day, volunteer-led event in support of the breast cancer cause. Every fall, tens of thousands of people across the country walk and run together — in memory of someone lost, in honour of someone still fighting, and in hope of a future where no one has to hear the words "you have breast cancer."
The CIBC Run for The Cure brings that movement home. On Sunday, October 4, 2026, participants of all ages will gather at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Surrey for a 1 km or 5 km route, joined by families, teams, survivors, sponsors, and volunteers from across the Lower Mainland.
Funds raised through the Run support the Canadian Cancer Society's work in breast cancer research, prevention, and support — from funding the scientists searching for better treatments, to the peer support programs, information services, and helpline that people rely on every single day.
This auction is organized by the volunteer Surrey Run for the Cure organizing committee. We are neighbours, coworkers, survivors, and caregivers — and we are grateful you're here.
