The Support Silver Small Business Auction, powered by PNM, is an 11-day online auction with the goal of supporting as many Grant County small businesses as possible during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic public health orders. The auction was created by the Silver City Daily Press and Independent, with the support of the Silver City Grant County Chamber of Commerce and the Silver City MainStreet Project. Our goal is to give you the opportunity to support the great businesses of Grant County, New Mexico, many of which have been shuttered due to state public health orders during the COVID-19 pandemic. While a few sellers have opted to donate the proceeds of their sales to charitable causes — including the auction itself — our goal is to funnel dollars to businesses themselves.

The local business community of Grant County appreciates your support, and will be open again as soon as we are safely allowed to do so. Whether you live in southwest New Mexico or enjoy visiting our beautiful area from further away, we look forward to welcoming you soon.
