Our mission is to improve the health, income and housing stability of people experiencing poverty and homelessness. Fred Victor is committed to ending chronic homelessness in Toronto. This is an ambitious and bold goal but we believe, achievable. We must think long term, prevention and transition.

We offer an array of programs and services at over 20+ locations across the city for those in need. These range from shelter, affordable housing, transitional housing, food services, job training, counselling, mental health outreach and so much more. On a daily basis, more than 3,000 people access these services. We work to help foster positive change in the lives of those in need.
