St Marys Catholic Church 2022 Annual Bazaar

The Knights of Columbus Council 9310 at St Mary Catholic Church is the proud sponsor of the Silent Auction at the annual Church Bazaar. The Bazaar is a Church and Community event attended by many of your friends and neighbors in the local area to raise money which supports the Church and the Catholic School at St Mary's. This year’s Silent Auction will take place virtually from Sunday Sept 25th at Noon with final bids on Oct 9th at 4:00 PM. Thank You for supporting this important fundraiser.

** ALL ITEMS WILL BE ON DISPLAY IN CARGILL HALL ON OCT 9 FROM 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.**

You may pick up your items beginning at 5:00PM on Sunday 9 October 2022. Pick-up will be a drive thru on the west side of Cargill Hall. Enter the parking lot from Walker St and follow the cones. All pick-ups are drive thru only. We will have Knights waiting to help as you drive up. All we will need is the bidders name and the Knights will take care of processing your payment and delivery to your car. You won’t even have to leave your car!
A second opportunity to pick up your winning items will be on Sunday Oct 16th from 2-4 PM.
Payment for the Live and Silent Auctions can be made via cash, check or credit card.
Finally, we ask all bidders to be 18 years of age or older. Restricted items (will be noted in the item description) must be picked up by someone 21 or older.
