Stars of the Future 2025

Join Hospitality Minnesota Education Foundation (HMEF) for an afternoon of enjoyment with small plate tastings created by Minnesota’s future hospitality leaders. Proceeds help support Minnesota's ProStart culinary and management teams as they travel to Baltimore, Maryland this April for the National ProStart Invitational competition.

Founded in 2006, the Hospitality Minnesota Education Foundation (HMEF) addresses challenges for businesses and creates opportunities for those interested in pursuing careers in the hospitality industry. At HMEF, we know the sky's the limit for our industry's future workforce.

HMEF offers two career-building programs – ProStart and the Hospitality and Tourism Management Program – in nearly 100 high schools across Minnesota.

We don't stop there. ​Since 2008, we've awarded more than $900,000 in Scholarships to 345 students pursuing post-secondary education for careers in culinary, lodging, tourism and hospitality management.

The online auction ends at 8:30 pm on January 22nd and winners will be notified via message from the 32Auctions program.  Auction items will be available at the registration for pick-up at the end of the event.
