Spring Wellfest 2021: A Healthy Taste of Experiencing STL Culture ️‍️

Unite in wellness through the integration of our diverse community's culture at this special fundraising event. By participating in our event and online auction you are helping us in supporting our healthy food pantry and wellness programs! All of the proceeds will help people in St. Louis who live in food and fitness desserts. The Fit and Food Connection allows people in North St. Louis County and City to have access to nutritious food that is delivered to them, so they don't have to go hungry anymore. We provide fitness and nutrition classes to people who may have just found out they have Diabetes, heart disease, or high blood pressure and want to take control of bad habits and live a healthier, longer life.

The Fit and Food Connection is a St. Louis based nonprofit that serves underserved communities in food and fitness deserts throughout St. Louis. Since 2015, we have strived to empower individuals to get healthy by providing access to healthy food, fitness classes, holistic group wellness education, and one-on-one coaching. Our programs collectively strive to improve lives in supporting our vision which is living in a world where people in underserved communities all have strong minds and healthy bodies.
