Spring Fling for Hope

Whether you can attend the Spring Fling event or not, you can BID on and WIN many of our 80+ auction items!

Here's how our auction will work:

If you see “LIVE EVENT ONLY” attached to an item, it means that you cannot bid online on this auction item (these items are only available to bid on at the actual Spring Fling event).

All other items are available for "pre event bidding", so go ahead and start bidding! (You will be emailed if you are outbid).

The online bidding closes at 12 noon on Friday 14th September.

The highest online bid will then be printed & displayed with the item at the Spring Fling Event. People at the event can then bid higher if they wish.

BUT DON’T FRET ! If you are unable to attend the event, you can still win. This is how:

Make sure you fill out the “Proxy Bid” amount on the item you want, and choose the PROXY BID button - this amount should be the maximum you are willing to pay. At the event we will have a great team of Proxy Bidders who will then keep bidding, in the designated increments, on your behalf.

You will be notified by email if you have won the auction, and invoiced.

We have also saved some fabulous packages to go 'live under the hammer' from 9.30pm at the event... just to get the adrenaline pumping!

PLEASE NOTE:

If you win an item that requires postage or courier, the cost will be calculated and added to your total invoice.

You can bid from overseas! (All bids are in New Zealand Dollars).

If you are not financially able to purchase an item, or you do not win the item you were hoping for, you can still contribute directly to Loren and her family. You can either make a small weekly donation, or a one off donation directly to The Hope Fund Trust (Account # 38-9006-0649039-05)

HAPPY BIDDING!!!

An auction to support our inspirational teacher Loren Hope who has motivated a community to love and care for our natural environment . This event is to raise crucial funds to support Loren in her battle with Motor Neuron Disease. Expenses include home extension and modification, high tech mobility and communication equipment and ongoing medical expenses.

All items have been donated by Loren's family, friends and wider community who have been inspired by her story and the courage with which she is facing up to this devastating disease.

Loren has been a champion for the environment and our community as a teacher at Ngunguru School. Through her EarthEd program, Loren has had a huge impact on many. It is with great sadness that she will be leaving her teaching position at the end of this year, due to her illness.

Loren is a mum to two gorgeous boys, Costa (5) and Niko (4). She is an incredible lady who is the first to offer support, empathy and love to those around her.

Now she needs our help...
