Spirit of Sprout

This auction is being held as a celebration of the Christmas and holiday season and is fostering the Spirit of Sprout.

All proceeds from this auction will go towards assisting Sprout to continue to offer support to our local growers and producers.

In the spirit of our Sprout mission and ethos, we will also be donating 20% of the proceeds to Speak Up Stay Chatty, who work to promote positive mental health and encourage people to talk and seek help when they need it.

We feel this is really important work and touches all of our lives in some way and in our industry it is often more difficult to seek support. This year especially we felt it was the perfect choice for 2020.

Sprout Tasmania is all about promoting great Tasmanian food and the state's small producers. We are a non-profit, volunteer supported organisation with a big vision! We work hard to educate, support and empower small producers to get their ideas in the ground and off to market.

To realise our goals, we run an annual education program called the Sprout Producer Program (SPP) as well as events which foster connections, learning, knowledge sharing and positive outcomes for all in the Tasmanian food community.
