About Our Auction
Helping Our Neighbors in Need
The online auction will remain open through 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 7, 2026, before transitioning to the in-person auction during the concert. Final bidding will close at intermission, and winning bids will then be updated online.
If you are unable to attend the concert, you may place a proxy bid. Your bids will be entered on the in-person bid sheets at the appropriate increments up to your maximum amount.
The proceeds from the auction and cabaret tickets will directly support SPAN’s efforts to help more neighbors in need of emergency financial assistance or food.
Please join us for the Broadway Songfest Concert, created and performed by Laurette Hankins-O'Connell and pianist/duet singer Anita O'Conner, on Sunday, June 7 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Martin's-in-the-Field Parish Hall.

About SPAN, Inc
SPAN’s mission is to provide food and emergency financial assistance to qualified individuals facing crises such as utility shut-offs, evictions, medical bills, or prescription expenses.
Founded in 1990, SPAN is celebrating 36 years of service and has helped more than 100,000 people in our community. Last year alone, SPAN assisted nearly 4,000 individuals — including more than 1,500 children — providing over $333,500 in food and financial assistance.
The people SPAN serves are our neighbors, though their struggles are not always visible. Many are seniors living on fixed incomes who rely on food assistance as grocery prices continue to rise. Others are families facing temporary hardships such as job loss, illness, or divorce. Some are actively seeking employment after exhausting their savings during extended job searches.
At times, SPAN assists individuals facing overwhelming challenges. One client, recovering from cancer treatments, had fallen five months behind on rent after being unable to work during her hospitalization. Facing eviction and navigating serious health concerns alone, she turned to SPAN for help. Through emergency financial assistance, SPAN was able to help her remain in her home during an incredibly difficult time.
