Youth Empowerment and Strength - YES

YES provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for at-risk youth to learn strength training and nutrition completely free of financial barriers. Our goal is to empower youth through fitness, helping them redirect negative or harmful behaviours into positive, mindful, and constructive action.
The funds raised at this auction will allow our program to grow with more trainers, more equipment and exciting activities to continue connecting with these vulnerable youth in our community. 

YES is a nonprofit organization empowering at-risk youth through accessible fitness training, mentorship, and meaningful community connection. It provides a safe, inclusive environment where young people can develop physical strength while building confidence, discipline, resilience, leadership, and positive life skills.

Through individualized training and supportive coaching, YES helps youth establish healthy habits, set and achieve goals, and experience the confidence that comes from personal accomplishment. Programs are designed to meet young people where they are, creating opportunities for growth regardless of their circumstances, abilities, or previous experience with fitness.
