Bid To Build: The Annual Circus Smirkus Auction

Extraordinary Items. Extraordinary Impact.

Help Circus Smirkus fulfill its mission of inspiring youth through the life-changing power of the circus arts by bidding on these one-of-a-kind items.

This year, we’re celebrating Circus Smirkus’s 40th anniversary by honoring our past, celebrating our present, and investing in our future. As we approach this exciting milestone, we reflect on the traditions, history, and legacy that have shaped Circus Smirkus while looking ahead to the next 40 years of inspiring young people through the circus arts.

Circus Smirkus’ programming helps youth cultivate creativity and develop physical skills while strengthening their ability to collaborate and building self-confidence. In school residencies, at Circus Smirkus camp, and through traveling performance opportunities, Smirklings and Smirkos learn from the rich traditions of the circus while also innovating, creating, and helping shape circus’ future.

Be part of building the next 40 years of our journey by bidding on an exciting auction item or experience.

Circus Smirkus was founded in 1987 to promote the skills, culture, and traditions of the traveling circus and to inspire youth to engage in life-changing adventures in the circus arts. Our three programs – Smirkus Camp, Big Top Tour, and School Residencies – reach more than 45,000 children and adults annually throughout New England, creating immersive experiences for youth and actively engaging the local communities where we perform.
