Our Brass City Neighborhoods in Stories & Song

Both live and virtual from Hawk Ridge Winery!

For the last seven years Shakesperience Productions has been teaching local students of all ages to narrate, sing, and act the history of Waterbury, neighborhood by neighborhood. Each of these years we've also persuaded many of our civic leaders to join our students for fun and for the benefit of educational theatre programs.

This September 23rd, Shakesperience will be presenting “Neighborhoods!” at Hawk Ridge Winery, and virtually everywhere! Whether attending virtually or in-person, the evening is sure to delight.

Shakesperience students, actors, and David Drescher of Ion Insurance, Selim Noujaim of Noujaim Tool Co. Inc., Lena Fusco-Hassinger of Cavallo's Deli, George Frantzis of Quassy Amusement Park, and more will be acting and singing to celebrate the history of the Brass City.

In-person participants receive a glass of wine and a selection from the Winery snack menu and the event includes a virtual auction for all ticket-holders. We look forward to having you join us!

Shakesperience is a nonprofit professional theater company located in Connecticut that reaches a Northeast audience of adults and students alike with outdoor and in-studio performances, Saturday and private acting classes, school & camp tours, and residency programs.
