Community Fest Auction

The St. Francis of Assisi annual Community Fest is set for Saturday, October 7, 2017. Proceeds received from our auction will benefit The Grapevine Animal Shelter and St. Francis of Assisi Outreach.

NEW: We have added an on-line auction component. Bidding will open on September 28th at 8:15 am and will end on October 5th at midnight. The auction will be available for preview beginning September 21st but bidding will not open until September 28th. New items will be added throughout the preview period, so keep coming back in! Watch for Mavericks and Rangers tickets, more adventures and vacation offerings.

Please review item descriptions carefully. Some items will close at the conclusion of the on-line auction and other items will move to the live auction to continue with bidding. Items moving to the live auction will begin bidding using the highest bid closed on-line. There will be multiple Feed our Family and Feed out Pets offerings which will be replenished throughout the on-line auction. The more we add, the more families will benefit.

IMPORTANT: Please provide the Auction Item Number, a Brief Description of the Auction Item, and the Monetary Amount for each auction item you are paying for on this transaction in the"Note to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church" box.

At the conclusion of the on-line bidding, 32Auctions will send the winning bidder notifications when the online portion of the silent auction ends. If the item moves to our live auction, the email notification will inform the leading bidder that bidding will continue at our Community Fest Live Auction on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 7:15 pm.
