Scotts Mills School Annual Fundraiser 2025

Thank you for taking the time to look at our online auction for Scotts Mills School!

We are excited to continue our online format and partner with Oso Spanish & Mediterranean Cuisine again this year for an in-person event!

Some Notes About the Event:

1. This event takes place April 26, 2025 in Person at Oso in Silverton Oregon. (200e Main st) Final bids will be submitted by 8pm on this date. Online Pre-bidding online begins April 19th 2025.

2. New items may be added, so keep checking in.

3. You may select to be notified when you are outbid on an item. We highly suggest this option so you can keep track of what you want!

4. Items can be paid for online or you may arrange cash/check payment with us prior to shipping or pickup. (Cash/check helps limit transaction fees)

5. Most items are able to ship if you are unable to arrange pick up or live outside of our district. We are happy to work with you to get you your items.

6. Items purchased with the “Buy It Now” Feature will either be shipped if available or arrangements for pick up will be made.

7. Items do have an "Extend an item feature" This extends an item end time by 3 minutes when it receives a bid during the final 3 minutes (max 30 minute extension)

8. We are not responsible for cancellations, closures or items expiring. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to comply to all terms and dates of purchased items. With that being said we will offer refunds on these particular items if the event is cancelled without option of reschedule.

Scotts Mills Parent Teacher Community Club is a registered 501(c)3 organization. We are volunteers that help the student & teacher community at Scotts Mills School. Scotts Mills School is a Kindergarten through 8th grade Oregon school within the Silver Falls School District.

Scotts Mills PTCC depends on our annual fundraiser to continue our mission in assisting our student & teacher community along their educational journey.

We strive to provide the tools & experiences needed to foster an inspiring life long love of learning. Our efforts pave a path for our youth to develop into socially, intellectually, physically and artistically well rounded members of the world.
