2018 Scottsdale Arts Festival Online Art Auction

The Scottsdale Arts Festival is hosting its annual online art auction, which helps raise funds for the programs of the nonprofit Scottsdale Arts, including its education and outreach programs that serve nearly 50,000 participants of all ages and backgrounds. Last year, more than 90 Festival artists generously donated to the online auction, which provided $11,631 towards these important programs for our community.

The online auction features original works of art in all media donated by Festival artists. The auction opens on Friday, March 9, at 5 p.m. and closes on Monday, March 12, at 12 p.m. Auction items will be displayed at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts during the Festival.

Scottsdale Arts was established in 1987 as a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) management company and vested with the responsibility to manage Scottsdale’s premier arts and cultural facility, then known as the Scottsdale Center for the Arts. Since then, Scottsdale Arts has evolved into its present structure as a unique umbrella organization with three dynamic operating divisions – each with a distinct focus and mission – that span the visual and performing arts. Through its three divisions, Scottsdale Arts offers diverse, high-quality arts experiences to hundreds of thousands of Scottsdale residents and visitors annually in addition to fostering the active engagement of government, business, education and the private sector in the arts.
