Salem Elementary Spring Festival 2018

The Salem Elementary School PTA, a nonprofit organization, is holding its annual Spring Festival to raise money for the many programs and educational devices needed to support and benefit our approximately
600 students and their families. These children will one day be our community leaders, and we are committed to supporting their education and development

The purpose of the Salem Elementary PTA is to create an environment that supports learning, diversity, community and family.

Our goal is to provide the support needed to create a positive, well-rounded educational institution as well as a caring and loving environment for growth.
The PTA is open to all families, teachers, administrators and support staff.

We pledge to:
1. Support the teachers, staff and administration in every way, not just monetarily.
2. Be a place where parents can make sure their voices are heard by administrators and staff.
3. Raise money for short term and long term school needs.
4. Partner to create a long term, strategic plan for the school.
5. Create an environment where all parents are welcome to participate.
6. Reach out to the community and identify ways in which we can get them more involved in the school through donations, sponsorships, volunteering.
7. Create consistent and reliable communication between the PTA and its members

The online auction will close on April 19th at 7 pm. After that, it will transition to a live auction during the Salem Spring Festival on April 20th. The live auction will be from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the school library. Winners will be announced in the gym at 7:45 pm, right before the PTA meeting. Please be prepared to pay for winnings in the gym and then you can also pick-up the item! If an online bid wins the auction and the winner is unable to attend the event, then we can make alternate arrangements for payment and pick-up.
