2022 Saint Mary Academy Annual Auction

Thank you for supporting our 2022 SMA Annual Auction!

The funds raised from this event help to bridge the gap between what it truly costs to educate a student at SMA and what families currently pay in tuition.

In addition we are raising funds that will go towards our new Robotic Program that will be taught to grades 1-8 every other week. The robotics program features a series of hands-on STEM activities where students will build, design, and program various robots. Students will work with several types of robot equipment from companies like LEGO, VEX, Sphero, and more. As part of the robotics program students will work in teams of two assisting in development of such skills as teamwork, communication, problem solving, and collaboration.
The program will be brought to us from Dan Hughes- Since 2009 Dan Hughes aka LEGOMAN DAN has been teaching robotics at schools across NH. Working with students from Kindergarten thru Grade 8. LEGOMAN DAN has also been recognized as a top robotics coach sending teams to the VEXIQ and Sphero world championships for the last 5 years. In 2021 LEGOMAN Dan’s Sphero Global Challenge team was ranked #2 in the World. Funds will also be allocated for STEM & hands on Science programs for our PreK & Kindergarten students. Certain items available for bid will be pulled at the end of the online auction and they will go to the actual event at Lobster in the Rough. These items are listed as online & live auction items.

People will be able to continue bidding on these items until 7:30pm.

If you would like to continue bidding and you are not attending the event, you can ask someone who will be there to be your proxy bidder.

If the item does not receive any additional bids at the event, you will be notified that you are the winner at the end of the live auction.
