Run For The Shore Auction

The Run for the Shore Auction is in partnership with the Run for the Shore Virtual Race. With health and fitness in mind, it is our hope to raise $3,000 for the North Shore Women’s Centre (NSWC) to help empower women and girls on the North Shore.
All of the auction items have been generously donated by community-minded businesses and entrepreneurs, and 100% of proceeds will go towards operating North Shore Women's Centre free programs and services that support women and girls in the community, such as their Health and Wellness Program and Girls Empowerment Camp.

The North Shore Women's Centre, founded in 1973, is a non-profit organization and charity with a mission to increase the social, economic, legal and political status of women, and to promote women's self-empowerment.

Located in North Vancouver on the unceded Traditional Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, the North Shore Women's Centre operates a drop-in resource centre with access to information, referrals and peer-counseling, as well as a range of programs and services such as a Single Mom's Support Group, Family Law Clinic, Girls’ Empowerment Camp, Health and Wellness Program and more.
