The mission of the Homeless Prevention Council (HPC) is to provide personalized case management solutions to promote stability for all who live in our community.

The Homeless Prevention Council was established in 1991 to combat and prevent homelessness in the eight towns of the Lower and Outer Cape. HPC’s goal is to focus on prevention efforts that help Lower and Outer Cape residents stay in their existing housing as access to affordable housing continues to be a major challenge on Cape Cod.
