2021 Virtual Gala

For over 50 years, Residents Forward has worked to add beauty, sustainability, vibrancy and resiliency to our community. Your donation tonight makes our work possible.

This year we honor Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Dawn Serignese and Jane Thomas for their leadership, service and devotion to improving the 5.6 sq. miles we call home.

Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth has exhibited a steadfast resolve to improve the lives of each and every resident of our town. She initiated meaningful changes designed to protect and preserve our miles of waterways and scenic shorelines. Under Judi’s leadership, the Town of North Hempstead is continually breaking new ground in environmental stewardship.

Dawn Serignese is a firm believer in giving back to the community in which she lives. Through her work with Residents Forward and the PRC, she has been a consistent force for the achievement of the positive. She loves to show off our beautiful peninsula, especially through her role at Daniel Gale.

Jane Thomas is our local Erin Brockovich. Jane has worked tirelessly to get the landfill capped and declared a superfund site, helped pass the New York bottle bill which has recycled over 5 billion beverage containers, and is focused on protecting our drinking water through Water for Long Island.
