Our Vision: From the West Coast to the East Coast

In July 2027, a group of 10 dedicated local youth are embarking on an immersive, 9-day educational expedition to Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. This journey is a profound opportunity for our youth to:
Connect Across Canada: They will actively bridge with East Coast Girl Guide units, building lifelong friendships and discovering what life is like on the opposite side of our country.

Walk Through History: They will bring their Canadian history studies to life by exploring deep-rooted heritage sites, including the historic Fortress of Louisbourg, iconic coastal lighthouses, and Pier 21—Canada’s modern immigration gateway.

Our Goal
To ensure this life-changing experience is financially accessible to every family, our goal is to raise $6,000.
We are thrilled to share that 100% of the mini golf attendance fees will be generously donated by Riptide Lagoon directly to our Girl Guide Travel Fund. Alongside the golf course, the event will also feature a lively market of local vendors, music, and entertainment for our supporters to enjoy.
