The money raised will support our programs and help keep our services free to the families. Our Parent Support Program matches families who have a loved one diagnosed with a developmental disability or special healthcare needs. This program provides emotional support as well as resources and helpful information by phone to referred parents. PATH provides a training for these families who are ready to give back and assist families that are in need of support. Our Sibling Leadership Network supports siblings who have a brother or sister with a developmental disability/special healthcare need, and KASA (Kids As Self Advocates) supports youth ages 13-26 gain leadership skills, how to advocate for themselves and much much more.

PATH CT is a statewide grassroots family organization. We are dedicated to connecting and empowering families, children, and youth living with disabilities and special healthcare needs through support, education, and advocacy, with a vision of a community where everyone has seamless access to support and resources. PATH has the support of the nation’s four largest networks for families of children with disabilities and special healthcare needs. We are the Alliance Member of Parent to Parent (P2P) USA, an Affiliate Organization of Family Voices, and State Chapters for Sibling Leadership Network and National YASA (Youth As Self Advocates).
