About Orienteering Canada
Orienteering Canada is the national sport organization that is responsible for developing the sport of orienteering across Canada, in conjunction with our provincial and territorial orienteering associations and clubs.
Our goal is to grow the sport by raising awareness as well developing and implementing programs and services which strengthen the sport - from grassroots to elite. We have 10,000 members across Canada and we are working to increase that number, as we want to introduce more Canadians to a great outdoor sport that combines cross-country running/walking with map-reading and navigation. Orienteering Canada oversees the Team Canada Program which supports the country's best orienteers as they represent Canada at World Championships and World Cups.
About Our Auction
We are so grateful for your ongoing support Orienteering Canada's Team Canada athletes. The auction is a fun part of the Banquet at the COCs each year. This will be the second year that we have shifted to a virtual banquet and silent auction. Thanks for your support! And we sure hope to see you in person next year.
The money raised during this auction helps support the development of Canada's upcoming and current elite orienteers.
You may also use the DONATE button if you would like to make a donation. Orienteering Canada will send you a tax receipt at the end of 2021.
