You’re welcome to donate more than you owe, but the total must be at least what you owe in order to receive your item(s).
There is a random number generator linked within the spreadsheet in case you would prefer to choose a fundraiser that way. There is also this website, which will randomly generate an evacuation fundraiser for you, and which has been put together by trusted organizers outside our team: https://gazafunds.com/
You are also welcome to donate to evacuation fundraisers compiled by Operation Olive Branch, another masterlist put together by trusted organizers outside our team.
PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF YOUR DONATION(S). Once you’ve donated, you will have to submit proof by WEDNESDAY, MAY 15th AT 12 PM EST at this link: https://forms.gle/UiFHfHZv1hzzBZUx8
We need to see your name, your email (must be the same as you used for the auction), the date, the total amount donated, and the name of the fundraiser in your proof of donation—a screenshot of your receipt should have all of these.
Please note that this auction is conducted in US Dollars ($). When donating to a fund operating in another currency, please calculate the conversion from USD to the other currency to ensure you are donating the amount the auction will account for.
When filling out the form, you must include a link to the fundraiser you have donated to so that we can verify your donations. You are welcome to split the total amount you owe into donations to multiple fundraisers, but we will need to see proof totaling the entire amount or higher, and you will need to submit links to all the fundraisers you’ve donated to.
YOU MUST FILL OUT THE PROOF OF DONATION FORM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS. If you do not fill out the form by Wednesday, May 15th at 12 PM EST, we will move on to the next highest bidder.

We will start connecting winners and donors via email after we receive and verify proof of donation. This will take place between May 15th and May 21st. If you do not hear back from your donor within two weeks of us connecting you, please reach out to us at gazabookauction@gmail.com and we can step in.
