At Family Services Ottawa, we are united in the belief that when one member of our community grows and achieves better mental health, the well-being of our entire community benefits.

Whether through one-on-one counselling, workshops or group programs, when people are working to cope with various challenges in their lives, their families and communities are positively impacted.

We work with families, couples, individuals, youth, members of the 2SLGBTQI+ community and new parents. We provide professional mental health services in individual and group formats to the most vulnerable members of our community who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health distress. We support families navigating changes or relationship challenges to help develop skills and coping strategies.

We work with our community partners to ensure that seamless service is there for those who want or need it.

FSO helps clients heal and build resilience by developing skills to manage emotions, stabilize relationships, reduce stress and anxiety and connect to community resources.
