Together We Grow

Magnolia Exotic Bird Sanctuary located in Magnolia Texas is dedicated to the rescue and protection of unwanted, abused, neglected, homeless and abandoned companion parrots.

We provide shelter, housing, education and adoption services for Cockatoos, Macaws, Amazons, African Greys, Conures and a few smaller parrots. We are life long sanctuary for the forgotten unseen parrot. We provide adoptions for the well socialized birds, emergency temporary housing for hurricane victims, fire disasters and personal disasters such as death and evictions. Currently we care for 175 parrots at our facility.

INTRODUCING: PROJECT 2026 - PARROT HALL For many years, Sharon has dreamed of building indoor-outdoor aviaries to provide protection during extreme weather - especially unexpected cold fronts and heat waves! Now, that dream is becoming reality. We are building a 1,960 sq ft indoor/outdoor aviary facility designed to give our birds:

•  Consistent, protected indoor shelter during extreme weather
•  Safe outdoor access when conditions are ideal
•  Larger aviaries for more comfort, enrichment, and exercise

•  Streamline feeding, cleaning, and daily routines
•  Eliminate countless hours of emergency winter prep
•  Reduce the need to move birds out of the comfort of their enclosures

•  Metal building construction
•  Roofing & insulation
•  HVAC system for temperature control
•  Electrical & plumbing
•  Windows & doors
•  20 roll-up doors for indoor/outdoor access
