All proceeds from the auction go to support our school's expansion plans and efforts.

2) Head of School for a Day
Ever wonder what it’s like to be the Head of School? One lucky student will enjoy a non-uniform day and get the chance to scope out Mr. Banack’s office. Our newest Head of School will host a round table discussion with up to five of their friends with members of the school’s leadership team. They’ll then enjoy a special lunch with their entire grade and cap off the afternoon with an activity of their choice! Of course, the day would not be complete without a Meadowridge bag stuffed full of goodies!
3) Wine and Cheese Ceramics Night – for Adults Only!
Our lucky winner will enjoy a night of wine, charcuterie, ceramics, and good company. Up to 10 individuals will join our very own art teacher at Meadowridge School to unleash their inner artistry. Sip sip hooray!
4) Birthday Party at the School
Kick back, relax, and leave the party planning to us this year! We do all the work, and you get all the credit for throwing your child an unforgettable party after school hours that includes open gym time, a movie in the theatre, food, drinks, cake, and a special Meadowridge gift for our guest of honour! Our lucky birthday hero will get to invite their entire grade so that no one is left out of the fun.
5) Movie Night on Campus
Choose a PG-rated movie and enjoy an exclusive movie night on campus with your friends. Bring your pillows and blankets, settle in, and get ready for the ultimate cozy screening experience. With delicious food, drinks, and desserts provided, all you need to do is show up, get comfortable, and enjoy the film. It’s your movie, your crew, your night.
6) Ceramics Night – for Kids Only!
Up to 10 kids will get creative with our talented art teacher at Meadowridge School for an evening of food, drinks, and ceramics!
7) Dealer's Choice - for Adults Only!
Gather six of your bravest friends (must be 19+) and join Mr. Banack for an unforgettable evening of premium drinks, lively games, great stories, and friendly competition. Hosted by Mr. Banack himself, this exclusive experience can be tailored to your group’s style. Whether it’s:

HOW TO BID
You will need to create a 32auctions account to place a bid: www.32auctions.com/users/new
1) In the 'View All Items' section, click on the auction item you'd like to bid on.
2) Enter your bid amount. The starting bid amount is outlined for each auction item accordingly. The minimum bid increment is $250 after that. Click on 'Place My Bid' to submit your bid.
3) Check your email often! You will be notified when you are outbid and will be given the chance to bid again! You will also be notified via email if you are the winner when the auction ends. You can also sign up for text notifications.
AUCTION TIPS:
What if I miss my chance to bid?
Don’t worry, that’s where a proxy bid can help!
A proxy bid is the highest amount you would like to bid at the time and the system will automatically increase your bid by the minimum increment up to that amount as other people outbid you. You will have a chance to make another bid if your proxy bid is outbid.
We would suggest setting this up at the beginning of the auction so that you don’t miss out!
What if there is a flurry of bids as the auction closes at 9:00pm?
This year’s auction will have extended bidding enabled. This feature extends the end time of an item by 3 minutes when it receives a bid during the final 3 minutes. This allows bidders to relax during the end of an auction knowing they'll have time to enter a new bid if they're outbid in the final 3 minutes, making it easier to maintain their lead on one or more items. A maximum of 30 additional minutes of extended bidding is enabled.
Can I get a tax receipt?
Winning bids will be eligible for a partial tax receipt and calculated based on Canada Revenue Guidelines. The receipt amount will be determined by the total donation amount minus the fair market value of the auction item. Example: The fair market value of each parking spot is $1200. If you pay $5,000 for the parking spot, you are entitled to a partial tax receipt of $3,800. Meadowridge Charitable Registration No. 10768 5745 RR0001.
