Merri Creek Primary School Fete Auction 2017

The Merri Creek Primary School Fete Auction for 2017 is the auction of items and services donated by businesses, families and the local community to raise funds for Merri Creek Primary School in Fitzroy North. Funds raised by the auction go towards improving facilities at the school.

The online component of the auction begins at 5pm on Wednesday 8th March and concludes at 10pm on Wednesday 22nd March. Bidding for selected auction items will then continue at the Merri Creek Primary School Fete on Saturday 25th March, from 10am until 3pm. Selected special items will also be auctioned in a live, called auction on the stage, at the very special time 12.50pm.

Established in 1891, Merri Creek Primary is a public primary school, situated on the banks of the Merri Creek in Fitzroy North. At Merri Creek, our vision is to create an environment where students strive to achieve personal success and develop a sense of belonging, in order to participate positively in society. Parents and teachers work in partnership to support each child's learning journey. Specialist teachers provide classroom music, Italian, library and visual art programmes for all our students and an extensive instrumental music programme operates after school throughout the week. Special school events include the Writers' Festival, Arts Festival, school musical, regular rock band assemblies, interschool sport, sustainability learning opportunities, swimming programme and school camps and excursions.

We encourage a love of lifelong learning, to help our students better understand themselves and their ever-changing world.

Silent bidding for auction items that don't meet our reserve price will continue at the Merri Creek Primary School fete on Saturday 25th March, from 10am until 3pm. Selected special items will also be auctioned in a live, called auction on the stage, at 12.50pm. Don't miss out!
