MYSTERY AUCTION

Made to Love: Our Love Language will cultivate an air of mystery by withholding the artist’s name until you, or your loved one, receive the artwork. We implore you to find an artwork that you love and try to guess who is behind it. And if you are not yet acquainted with the wonderful work produced by OCAD community members, this is a fantastic opportunity to discover new-to-you established and emerging artists. Every piece in our auction measures between 5.5” x 5.5” and 10” x 13”, making these works of art compact and ideal for delivery by mail.

Made to Love: Our Love Language is an online, student-run, fundraising art auction. Our auction offers a selection of artwork created by OCAD U Drawing and Painting faculty, students and alumni, that have been made to love. The money raised will enable us to produce and print our Graduation Artwork Catalogue to commemorate our final year at OCADU and promote our classmate's work.

The OCAD U Drawing and Painting Thesis/Advanced Studio Catalogue Committee is a group of student volunteers. This committee is dedicated to the fundraising, planning, and printing of the graduation catalogue. This book will showcase the artwork of the graduating class and include images of the work, the artist statement, and contact information. The catalogue will be printed in full colour on glossy paper. This catalogue will be distributed to galleries within the province to assist newly graduated Drawing and Painting students with their budding careers as emerging artists. It will also be available to the public for purchase later in the year.
