About L.O.L.A.'S Rescue

Dear Valued Mission Supporter,
We have for 10 years now succeeded at successfully saving animal’s lives, and finding them wonderful families to thrive in. We have seen the worst of the worst of what human kind is capable of. Neglect, abuse and abandonment are a daily injustice we strive to change. In 9 years we have built a fantastic, trusted, ethical, community relationship to save over 4000 lives of cats and dogs in Colorado and surrounding areas. Our focus has been, working with local animal control agencies and shelters to alleviate the undue stress to their numbers. Shelters find themselves overflowing and having to make the horrible decision to euthanize due to limited space for new arrivals daily. That’s where we step in, to reduce those numbers. As a rescue organization, we take the excess dogs and cats from their facilities and place them with our organization to continue Veterinary Care and Wellness/Adoption assessments, giving them the best chance at adoption and flat out a second chance at life that was so needlessly about to be ripped away from them.
Since our inception we have operated solely on gracious donations from our community and adoption fees. We have succeeded with the bare minimum supplies and funding to operate this organization. This year we have some exciting news and growth opportunities but cannot make them possible without the help of amazing animal advocates like you!
We have been gifted the opportunity to develop a Rescue Center in Aurora, CO at our partner boarding facility. This opportunity would allow us to save another 90 animals a month, doubling our life saving numbers yearly. With this opportunity comes added expectations and responsibilities for our managing staff and payroll will be deemed necessary to properly compensate our dedicated staff for the selfless sacrifices they make for these animals. This opportunity also comes with some added financial stressors we currently do not have the means to obtain, such as: Outbuilding wellness center, no animal should be left behind for euthanasia due to the risk of communicable diseases, the Wellness Building will give us the means to safely control this risk, new kennel doors on 15 suites for safety upgrades, heighten existing kennels to make them no jump, and play equipment for stimulation and a change of pace in a boarding stay.
This is where we need you!
