Vic Juba Community Theatre: Expansion Project
Our fundraising objective is to raise funds for a 3960 sq. ft. multi-purpose space expansion at Vic Juba Community Theatre. The space will be used for rehearsals by local dance groups, dance festivals, schools, and local theatre productions. The space will also be used for meet-and-greet receptions with touring artists as well as community events such as music festivals and small cabaret events with tables and chairs.
Our 2020 virtual silent auction will run from Nov 25 (Wed) to Dec 2 (Wed). You must create an account and log in to bid. To create an account, go to "View All Items" and at the top of the page, you can create your account. You will only need to provide your First & Last Name, email address, and add a personal password. After you create an account, check your email and click the link to verify your account. You will be notified if someone has placed a higher bid on an item that you have placed a bid. Items will be available for bidding until 7 pm on Wednesday, December 2.
Silent auction items and "experience" vouchers can be delivered within Lloydminster OR items can be picked up at Vic Juba Community Theatre (by appointment only). Gwen Mottram (780-872-7400 ext 241) will contact each winning bidder to arrange payment and to schedule a delivery or pick-up time.
