Money raised via the 2019 Red Tie Affair auction will be used to continue the mission of providing temporary housing for families of children with congenital heart disease.

The Live4Evan Organization was formed out of a desire to recognize and support the critical relationship between a child and their loved ones. We believe that there is no greater gift to be given than a parent’s love to a child. And we understand the importance of staying by a child’s side without having to worry about the additional burdens that life can place on us. And so, our organization works tirelessly to provide financial and emotional support to families by providing them with temporary housing while their child receives congenital cardiac treatment.

The organization currently operates three housing facilities in Boston that are open to families of patients at Boston Children’s Hospital and Tufts Medical Center. The demand for additional patient-family housing continues to grow. Nearly 50% of requests for pediatric cardiac housing go unfilled, representing almost 6,000 nights per year. With your help, Live4Evan hopes to fulfill this tremendous need.
