LHAB Silent Auction

A few short years ago we set a BIG goal to provide a scholarship for every student in Longhorn Band. We are proud to be almost halfway to our goal with 164 scholarships awarded in 2020, but there are about 380 students in the Band so we still have work to do and need your help. Join in the fun and bid on these great items - chosen for all those with orange blood and a love for The University of Texas. The bidding ends at 8:30 pm on November 21, 2020, which is Alumni Band Day.

We are using "extended bidding" which means if an item receives a bid in the last 3 minutes of the auction, the bidding time will be extended on that item for an additional 3 minutes, up to a maximum of 30 minutes.

If you want to make a donation without bidding on an item, click on the DONATE button at the upper right. You will receive a letter for tax purposes for making a charitable contribution.

The University of Texas Longhorn Alumni Band, The Blast from the Past, began in 1964 with 67 members. Today, LHAB has over 4,000 alumni of all ages and professions spanning the globe. Every year, hundreds of Longhorn Alumni Band members return to Austin to gather for our annual Band Weekend for the designated Alumni Band home game. LHAB and LHB each perform half-time shows of their own, and then present a combined performance for a total of over 1000 performers on the field.
