Lend A Hand 2018

This year’s all-day event will include three different field hockey tournaments to include middle school teams, high school teams and adult teams. We anticipate several hundred athletes, family members, friends and community supporters to be part of this special day.

This on-line silent auction site of items donated by individuals or businesses is currently active and is updated regularly as new donations are received. This year, we are adding a Live Auction of selected items, so re-visit this site regularly to see the live auction items.

On the day of the event, we also have our very popular bags of raffle items from businesses, colleges, and community members.

Please consider bidding on the auction items. Also, consider joining us on June 9th, to be part of a special day of people gathering to have fun, to watch young athletes compete, and to raise money for those facing challenging times in their lives.

The Lend A Hand event was founded and organized by Coach Linda Kreiser, head coach of the Lower Dauphin Field Hockey Program for the last 40 years. Coach Kreiser is a nationally known and recognized field hockey coach who has impacted the lives of thousands of young athletes over the years.

To date, over $55,000 has been raised. 100% of the proceeds have been donated to individuals or families that have experienced a life changing event resulting from illness, accident, or natural disaster.
