Kids Help Phone is seeing a historic surge in demand that began in mid-March. Young people all across the country are struggling to cope with the complex impacts of COVID19. We witnessed its profound mental health impacts on youth. Compared to this time last year, we are now consistently experiencing a 112% increase in volumes across all of our service channels – an astonishing surge in demand from youth that we have been able to meet, without pause, thanks to our courageous donors, partners, volunteers and more.
