About Our Auction
Hello, and thank you for checking out the #kidlit4GA Auction. This event is to raise funds for the two democrat senate runoffs campaigns in Georgia on January 5th. We have some awesome prizes for a great cause.
In lieu of cash donations, auction winners will be asked to make a contribution via one of the links below. Bidders do not need to make the donation before or during the bidding process. Once the auction has concluded, winning bidders will be contacted via email within 24 hours notifying them of their win, at which time they will be asked to make a contribution and provide proof of donation. Proof of donation must be provided within 48 hours of receiving this email. Failure to response within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the prize, in which case the second highest eligible bidder may claim the prize. Winning bidders may split their auction bid amongst the different campaigns linked below. Each winning bid requires a separation donation. A winning bid for one donation may not count toward the required donation for a separate winning bid.
You may NOT win more than one prize from the same donor. In the case that you win more than one bid from the same donor, you will forfeit the second prize and the second highest bidder of that auction will claim the prize (assuming they too have not already won another prize from that same donor).
You may transfer your prize to somebody else once you have won a bid. To do so, you must let Justin know via email once he confirms you as the winning bidder. There will be no refunds or exchanges for/of auction prizes.
Winning bidders may donate to the following campaigns/causes:
*All donors are participating in this auction on their own behalf and not as representatives of their employers and/or the organizations they are affiliated with. Donors will not connect you with or provide information to their agents and/or editors. Query and manuscript critiques from agents are for educational purposes and will not result in consideration for representation.
Hosted by Justin Colon.
All funds raised via #kidlit4GA will go toward the two democratic senate runoffs in Georgia on January 5th.
