Kaposia, Inc., is a Twin Cities non-profit 501(c) (3) organization providing customized employment and retirement services for persons with disabilities.
For over 50 years, Kaposia has been a national and local leader in helping employers hire and train individuals with disabilities for meaningful work through innovative service development and delivery.

This silent auction will help to support these efforts.

Kaposia invests in the prosperity of individuals who have a disability and the profitability of our partners. Kaposia, inc. seeks to enhance the community and each individual through finding meaningful employment at competitive wages for people with disabilities, providing employers with competent, motivated & committed employees, and offering retired workers who may be disabled a way to stay vital and active in the community.

As another beautiful summer comes to an end and we see the leaves start to change, it means two things. First, we pull out our sweaters and warm coats. Second, and most importantly, we prepare for the Annual Kaposia Fall Gala! Kaposia staff have been diligently working for months to make this the best Gala yet. We are excited to announce some new and exciting additions that we hope will make things even more enjoyable for our guests!

Here is a small list of new things to expect at the 2016 Fall Gala:

Kaposia is excited to announce that we will be having an emcee for this year’s Gala. Carla Beaurline has agreed to donate her talents to Kaposia. Carla hosts a local show called, “Around Town”, and has a lot of experience with emceeing events. She is passionate about our mission at Kaposia and will be a great addition to our Gala.

We will be holding a Bucket Raffle for the first time ever. Raffle tickets will be made available for people to have a chance at winning a few designated baskets.

Kaposia will open a few select Silent Auction items to the public online. We will be advertising the link on www.kaposia.com and also through our social media accounts, so please stay tuned.

Businesses will have a chance to advertise at our Gala by buying space on our centerpieces for a very modest price. This is a great opportunity for our partners in the community to advertise while also showing their support of Kaposia and the great work we do together!
