Welcome to the JSS Fundraising Auction!

Each year the artists who have a studio here at Jamaica Street Studios create a bespoke artwork or experience which make up this wonderful auction. 

Every penny we raise goes towards the upkeep and improvement of our beautiful building, making sure this vital community asset is going strong for future artists and visitors. 

You get a beautiful original artwork AND support Jamaica Street Studios!

Jamaica Street Studios is one of the largest artist-led studios outside of London and has been established for over 30 years. It is a creative community in the heart of Bristol that makes, exhibit and collaborates in visual art – locally, nationally and internationally.

With over 30 artists working across three floors, our site is a place of production for a range of practices.

In 2025 we raised £1.1million to purchase our building and bring it into community ownership, for the arts in perpetuity.

Our online auction will transition to a LIVE auction event on

Sunday 27th September
16:00 onwards

It will take place on the ground floor of the studios - 'KIT FORM' - you can't miss it!

The auction forms part of our Open Studios weekend, which is the only time of year visitors can explore our 3 floors of Grade II listed artist studios - so come and explore.
