Junior Achievement is a partnership between the business community, educators, foundations, and volunteers — all collaborating to inspire young people to dream big and reach their potential. JA's hands-on, experiential programs teach the key concepts of work-readiness skills, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy to young people in grades K-12.

JA envisions a world where young people have the skillset and mindset to build thriving communities through learning experiences that focus on three critical life skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness. These learning experiences help students connect with what they learn in school to life outside of the classroom and reach their potential. JA’s strategy is to recruit corporate and community volunteers who serve as mentors and role models to deliver the statistically proven JA curriculum to students in their classrooms or virtually during the school day.
