Hand Planes for Hurricane Relief

Ernie Stephenson of Grandpas Little Farm has an enormous collection of vintage woodworking tools and he is a specialist at restoring them to like new and working condition. He has been helping students at The Hand Tool School for more than a year to get them great quality tools that are ready to work right out of the box.

He has created a starter kit which is everything the new woodworker needs to get started with a hand plane and wants to raise money for hurricane relief and get these tools into the hands of woodworkers.

The Hand Tool School is about educating woodworkers in the traditional methods of hand tools. But this is not about us, this is about raising money for hurricane relief through the American Red Cross.

We have partnered with Grandpaslittlefarm.com and they have fully restored some tools (its what they do) and auctioning them off to raise money for hurricane relief. The Hand Tool School is throwing in a semester at our school to each winner bidder.
