About Our Auction
This is The Insurance Library's 8th Annual Silent Auction held in conjunction with The Insurance Professional of the Year Award Ceremony. We are grateful for the continued support of many of the original donors and are pleased to welcome several more organizations to this year's auction.
About The Insurance Library Association of Boston
The Insurance Library is the only independent library in the country focused on risk management and insurance information. Founded in 1887, the Library has a unique historical collection that has been developed and curated since its earliest days. It serves the public and enriches the insurance community as a provider of valuable expert research services, professional education including designation programs and webinars, and networking events that provide opportunities for engagement among its members.
The Library is a member-supported non-profit organization. We depend upon and appreciate the support of many to carry out our mission.
Live Event Information
The 2018 Insurance Professional of the Year Award will be presented October 5, 2018 to J. Bruce Cochrane, CIC, President of Renaissance Alliance.
The Event begins with a social hour and silent auction at 11:00 a. m. Lunch and speeches will follow starting at 12:00 p.m.
The ceremony will take place in the Grand Ballroom of the Boston Park Plaza Hotel located at 50 Park Plaza at Arlington Street.
