About Our Auction
Join us in person or online for The IGS Trivia Night Auction 2017!
The IGS PTF is running this auction under the auspices of the IGS Board Sub-Committee for Philanthropy and Community Relations to raise funds for 'state of the art' resources in the new Global Learning Centre for the teaching of languages at IGS. The Centre will reflect and enhance the School's enduring commitment to and belief in bilingualism as a learning entitlement for all students.
Located on levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Kerrie Murphy Building, the Centre will be designed, equipped with technology, and staffed to foster the relationship between students, teachers, languages and learning. Funds raised by the auction will ensure that the best quality design features and technology will be available when the Centre opens in 2019.
Note that the final minutes of the silent auction will be the focus of in-person announcements and updates from 9.15pm to 9.30pm at the IGS Trivia Night, on Friday 1 September, to encourage participation in online bidding. Keep a close eye on the final bids to stay in the game!
